To celebrate the 35th anniversary of Tim Burton’s 1989 film ‘Batman’, and as part of the celebration of the 85th anniversary of the character created by Bob Kane and Bill Finger, Curtas Festival do Imaxinario will bring to Vilagarcía the vehicle driven by Michael Keaton in the film, as well as in its sequel ‘Batman Returns’. A unique opportunity to discover the most popular Batmobile, as well as the most famous superhero vehicle of all time.
Arriving from the United Kingdom, this Batmobile has a fully operational flamethrower, pop-up machine guns, police lights and a fully electric opening cockpit with illuminated lights inside.
The Curtas Festival do Imaxinario will organise a photocall for anyone who wants to have their picture taken next to the iconic vehicle on 1 and 2 November, from 11am to 1.30pm and from 4pm to 8pm, in the Plaza de la II República, in front of the Vilagarcía de Arousa Auditorium.
