When smuggler Felix hijacks a mother and her young daughter after a deal goes wrong, he forces them on a desperate trek through dense English woodland. Lost among the trees, hunted by something they never see, the paths begin to loop. Between Felix and the child, an unlikely tenderness takes root — the first decent thing he has done in years. It may also be the last. For a man like Felix, redemption was always going to arrive too late.
